Whether it’s in the workplace or walking through a heavy season of adversity, I’m here to be real with you through the struggles and find joy with you in the triumphs. 

In a season of heavy grief after losing my husband to cancer, I struggled to feel alive. I struggled to find passion. I struggled to find my purpose. One year after Andrew passed, I asked myself, “What makes your heart beat a little faster? What sparks a fire in your soul?” The resounding answer I circled back to time and time again was speaking to and empowering people. I felt myself come alive again speaking to young, college-aged girls about knowing their worth and not getting lost in the traps of comparison. I felt purpose behind my pain after doing a TED Talk on walking through hardships and adversity with grace, authenticity, and resolve. I felt my heart feel a little lighter after speaking at conferences to thousands of women on anchoring their identity in truth and inner strength. It was in these moments that I knew my dream and purpose was to empower others and help incite life change.
